1. About RewardPaid
These Terms govern access to RewardPaid and any surveys, offers, rewards or related services made available through the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the age, country and other eligibility requirements that apply to the platform and to each research or advertising partner.
3. Member conduct
Members must provide accurate information, use one account unless expressly permitted otherwise, and must not manipulate surveys, offers, tracking, referrals, rewards or identity checks.
4. Surveys and offers
Availability can change without notice. A partner may screen out a member, close a quota, reverse an invalid completion, or impose additional eligibility rules.
5. Credits and rewards
Credits become payable only after the applicable completion is validated under the rules of the connected provider. Minimums, fees, processing time and available reward methods should be displayed in the member account.
6. Reviews and reversals
RewardPaid may place a redemption under review or reverse credit when a provider reports fraud, duplication, invalid traffic, chargebacks or a breach of partner rules.
7. Account suspension
Accounts may be restricted or closed for material violations, fraud risk, legal requirements or misuse of the platform.
8. Third-party services
Surveys, offerwalls, payment services and identity tools may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes should be communicated in a reasonable manner.
